• 1) Good facility. Clean, well kept, warm, centrally located and accessible.

2) Great “gift shop.” Well rounded yoga book collection, and assortments of incense and (important especially to the older yogis) arnica varieties.

3) Handstand class was excellent. Kudos to TYG for the project. I learned a tremendous amount about alignment.

4) Friendly staff- Asked the girl at reception for a hanger, and was promptly provided one.
