Hatha Yoga

Classic Hatha Yoga deals with the balance of opposites (Ha = Sun , and Tha = Moon). Each class is a balance of movement and stationary poses. This balance brings strength and flexibility, a traditional, comprehensive workout for the whole body, inside and out, and integrates breath and awareness that has been proven medically to bring about a healthy body and a sense of well-being. It is for experienced beginners to intermediate practitioners.
