Barefoot Bootcamp

This 45-minute full body class, featured in Philadelphia Magazine, is a unique blend of cardio, strength training and flexibility exercises specifically designed to get maximum results quickly and efficiently. We will use interval training and repetition to burn fat, increase muscle mass, and gain balance while we focus specifically on core stability, postural alignment, deep breathing and precise form. The duration, intensity and speed of each exercise are easily adapted to all fitness levels and abilities. Great music, hard work, guaranteed results.
