Qi Gong
Qigong is an ancient healing art that synthesizes mindfulness, movement, breath and meditation. The practice of Qigong cultivates a natural flow of Qi, creating healing, well-being, and transformation. The practices are designed to reduce stress, improve physical health, balance the emotions, and open the heart. We will learn and practice Organ Cleansing QiGong, Micro-Cosmic Orbit, Five-Colored Light Meditation and qi ‘self-massage’. All levels are welcome.
