• Very friendly and welcoming to a newbie. The class with Brittany was just as much about the thought, breathing, and spiritual connection as much as the physical (which it was very physical for me). She also asked the class what WE want to get out of the practice, which I haven’t experienced yet. – Yoga Garden Narberth (on the Main Line)

• The studio is a community where everyone knows your name. Mark Nelson is among the best yoga teachers I have ever had and I have been doing yoga, on and off, for 40 years. He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, spiritual and compassionate. The class is physically demanding with a focus on form. Mark uses yoga to explore life; I enjoy his commentary about yoga and life lessons. I like the physical studio, itself. You enter the door at street level and ascend the stairs towards a waterfall at the top of the stairs. Incense wafts through the halls. It is as if your ascension up the stairs begins your journey. – Yoga Garden Narberth (on the Main Line)
